RISE has been created for the growth and expansion of your individual practice. Experience the discipline of the 8 limbs of yoga, the bhakti (devotion) and ānanda (bliss) that results from establishing the practice like a ritual.
Allow yourself to experience a week filled with morning sadhana, meditation, asanas, mantras, nature, organic and vegan meals, relaxation and living by the ocean.
The retreat is not suitable for complete beginners, 6 months of practice at least or the strong desire to challenge yourself.

Teacher
Mathilde is a french yoga teacher & a certified massage therapist from Paris. Passionate about traveling, she trained for more than 600h in India, Indonesia, Thailand and in Paris. She loves to share her passion and move students through challenging flows as well as deep relaxation and stretching classes.
