Our Organisation’s aim is to spread ecological know-how and to share information about a healthy vegan and organic diet, natural agriculture and living in harmony with the Earth.
We want to show you how to increase your life quality thanks to natural products and sustainable thinking combined with activities such as Surf and Yoga.

We also want to develop a cooperative spirit with our partners and association members. Our goal is to make organic and local products accessible for everyone.

This means on one hand that we strive to keep our prices at a minimum to ensure that our stays are affordable for anyone seeking a mindful and eco-friendly getaway.

And on the other hand it means your contribution goes directly to supporting an enviromental friendly project and our local community and partners.

Come be part of creating a positive impact for the planet while having an awesome time by the waves!

Why vegan ?

Green plant

At Vegan Surf Camp, our commitment to veganism comes from our dedication to animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and personal health.

Our talented chefs create delicious and nutritious plant-based meals using locally-sourced, organic ingredients. With a colorful and tasty menu, we aim to showcase the vast possibilities of vegan cuisine, proving that a compassionate and sustainable diet can be both exciting and satisfying.

In addition to our culinary practices, we aim that all aspects of our camp align with our vegan values. Our accommodations are furnished with cruelty-free sourced materials. We also provide educational workshops and discussions to help people understand the principles behind veganism and its positive impact on the planet.

Ultimately, the Vegan Surf Camp stands as an example, inspiring individuals from all backgrounds to embrace a more vegan and environmentaly friendly lifestyle by offering them an unforgettable experience.

Seasonal produce not only reduces the environmental cost of food, but it also promises the most nutrients and the most taste!

That’s why we source a wide variety of vegan, organic and seasonal produce from local sellers.

Couple this with organic farming methods and you have the best food for the least environmental impact.

international platform.

We regularly host organisations and individuals working in the ecological, social and environmental scene for conferences and workshops.

It’s a great way to learn how as individuals, we can create positive change in the world and live in a sustainable and eco-conscious way.
Partnering with organisations such as “Surfrider Foundation Europe” and “L’Association Végétarienne de France” creates a collective energy that encourages and reminds us why following a vegan lifestyle is important for us and for the planet.

In our workshops, you can learn how to make homemade cosmetics or to naturally dye your clothes. These are sustainable skills that you can take home with you, along with whatever beautiful creation you made during the session!

creating a community.

At the Vegan Surf Camp, we believe that creating a strong and inclusive community is at the heart of what we do.

We recognize the power of connection and support in fostering personal and collective growth. By bringing individuals together who share a passion for sustainable living, veganism or surfing we aim to cultivate a space where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to thrive.

Through various activities, workshops, and shared experiences, our camp creates opportunities for like-minded individuals to bond, learn from one another, and form lasting friendships. Our communal meals, group surf lessons, and evening gatherings provide the perfect setting for individuals to share their stories and inspirations, ultimately deepening their connection with one another and the wider world.

We believe that it is within the collective power of a community that we can make positive change and amplify our impact.

Our home in the forest is constructed using as many eco-friendly and reclaimed materials as possible. Whatever pallets and wood from the beach we can find, we use! Then with our best woodwork skills, we create a jungle oasis with pallet couches and bamboo walls.

Our glamping tent are made in France using ecological materials to provide you with an eco-conscious experience without compromising on comfort or style.

We also make sure to create a plant heaven for you and your loved ones to connect with nature during your stay. You will even have the chance to taste our harvest at dinner time !

We love the ocean and it loves us back !

As surfers, we feel it is our duty to protect and care for the ocean in any ways we can. Surfing has deepened our connection with this magical body of water and has opened our eyes to the devastating impact of plastic pollution on our ocean. We encourage ocean activism in our camp through weekly beach clean ups where you can learn more about ocean pollution and ways to reduce it.

It is always surprising to see what you find during these clean ups, between hundreds of micro plastics to fishing equipment and cigarette butts.
A short beach clean up may not seem much against the global pollution problem, but it is a way to raise awareness and give back to our local surf spot in return for endless waves of fun!

As holiday destinations are often big waste producers, we do our best to offer an alternative lifestyle experience.

We reduce the waste we make, sort it and recycle whatever can be.

Ah. Water. The sustenance of life. The foundation to a healthy diet.
We think that high quality water is just as important as good nutrition for a healthy diet . That is why we use an Aquion ActivWater Filter in our camp.
This filters and purifies water to remove any contaminants and give you the best taste. It is our favourite way to stay hydrated on those hot summer days full of surfing and yoga.

Drinking filtered water also encourages the use of reusable water bottles instead of plastic ones. Did you know around 481.6 billion plastic bottles end up in landfill every single year?

Notox sustainable surfboard

Using sustainable surf equipment when possible allows us to surf while respecting our values and beliefs.

All our wetsuits at the camp are sourced from Picture Organic Clothing who use ecoprene, an eco-friendly alternative to neoprene.

We also partner with local brand like Notox from Basque country or Kun-tiqi from Nothern Spain. They replace harmful materials with more sustainable alternatives, without impacting the quality of the ride.
